Fitness Australia approved Bow Trainer's Certification is a practical course aimed at developing your competency in the following areas:
1) Bilateral Resistance Training 2) Unilateral Resistance Training 3) Trapeze Pilates & Floor Work 4) Traditional Suspension Training 5) Long-Bar Suspension Training 6) Low Anchor Suspension Training
By successfully completing this course you can expect to competently and confidently teach various disciplines of The Bow including Strength & conditioning, aesthetics, functional training & Pilates covering OH&S, technique development & form as well as application of Pilates method to The Bow. On completion you will obtain 5 CECs towards your fitness education.
